Our programs are smartly designed to ensure safety and efficacy. No matter your goals, we can tailor every workout to make sure you feel challenged at the appropriate level for your fitness. Whether we’re working with a lifelong athlete, a beginner, or even those working to reverse physical and health challenges, our programs are readily modifiable and our coaches are well-versed in making sure everyone gets exactly what they need for each day of training.
  • CrossFit Group Classes

    The CrossFit Peabody Program is a functional strength and conditioning program with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness.

    At CFP, we combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance activities like running and rowing in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results.We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat, to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level – so you get the maximum workout every time.

    Every WOD (Workout of the Day) is different so you never get bored!! Everyone receives the individual attention they deserve as a member of CrossFit Peabody.

  • Fundamentals

    The CrossFit Peabody Fundamentals is where all new athletes begin their journey at CrossFit Peabody. By the time you graduate you will have had 5 sessions of practical application and instruction by our best coaches.  This is without a doubt the best way to get an athlete “Ramped up”  for CrossFit.

    We will introduce you to all the fundamental CrossFit movements with tips to optimize safety and efficiency, teach you the nutritional strategies that we use to get incredible results and show you exactly how to ramp up intensity appropriately to ensure you get the very most out of your training everyday. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes.


    • $175 (Includes PT sessions, Initial fitness assessment, Baseline measurements and pictures, nutrition assessment)
  • The 6 Week Challenge

    The 6 Week Challenge is the BEST way to kick start your fitness and health transformation. This isn’t like any other program you’ve tried before.  We’re actual real coaches, here to help you achieve actual results. Our Proven System gives you an easy and sustainable road map to follow. Personalized Coaching + Nutrition Guidance +Mindset Coaching + Accountability + Community Support = MASSIVE SUCCESS!


    Because of the level of coaching that goes into each 6 Week Challenge Program, we can’t accept everyone into the program. We truly wish we could, but we just can’t. We are looking for the most committed individuals and those seeking real results.

  • Personal Training

    Personal Training is perfect for those that are serious and committed to maximizing their potential.Whether you are just getting started on your fitness journey or trying to become the fittest on Earth, we are able to give you the support you need. You can set up a single session or recurring sessions based on your needs. CrossFit Peabody 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions are the perfect complement to add to your personalized programming or CrossFit group training membership. Non CFP members are also more than welcome to come in and work 1-on-1 with our Coaches.

  • Sweat

    SWEAT is designed to offer members with an awesome workout that allows you to burn calories, boost metabolism and develop a strong, physically fit body. SWEAT members can enjoy a fun and supportive team environment and educated coaches helping you get REAL results. Our SWEAT program will focus on functional movements, high intensity interval style workouts, and proper cool down and mobility….all without a Barbell or highly technical movements. The goal of SWEAT is to create a program for absolutely ANY, ALL, and EVERY fitness level. Higher intensity shorter duration workouts get you more results, without burnout and get you fit for the real world. SWEAT classes are designed as a stepping-stone to our core CrossFit coaching program. As a member of SWEAT you’ll receive plenty of outside the class coaching to assess your health and fitness goals, provide a plan to get there and hold you accountable to it, to succeed.

  • The Lean Machine: 30-Day Fat Loss Program

  • CFP Personalized Programming

    Personalized coaching is the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals. Your coach with work with you to help define your goals, conduct a comprehensive assessment of your starting point and coach you one-on-one through a custom designed program specifically aimed at achieving your goals as quickly as possible. Personalized programming is a complimentary service to your CrossFit group training membership.
