At CFP, we combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance activities like running and rowing in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results.We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat, to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it workable for anyone at every level – so you get the maximum workout every time.

You can set up a single session or recurring sessions based on your needs. CrossFit Peabody 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions are the perfect complement to add to your personalized programming or CrossFit group training membership. Non CFP members are also more than welcome to come in and work 1-on-1 with our Coaches.
SWEAT is designed to offer members with an awesome workout that allows you to burn calories, boost metabolism and develop a strong, physically fit body.
Our SWEAT classes focus on functional movements, high intensity interval style workouts, and proper cool down and mobility….all without a Barbell or highly technical movements.
SWEAT is PERFECT for you if you’re looking for a FUN, new workout, enjoy a community team environment and want coaches to guide you to achieve REAL results.
The goal of SWEAT is to create a program for absolutely ANY, ALL, and EVERY fitness level.
SWEAT classes are also designed to serve as a stepping-stone to our core CrossFit Fitness Program.
