What’s the biggest excuse (yes, I said it!) …excuse for not eating to fuel your goals?

In my 10 years of nutrition coaching it all comes down to ONE thing…

PREPARATION.

Yeah you can hit up the grocery store, have the best intentions but if you don’t make the damn food, you’ll never get anywhere.

So why not make life easier for yourself, have quick, easy-to-grab options to make life easier.

Because if it’s easy, it’s more likely you’ll stick to it.

Overnight oats, protein bars (Perfect bars, The best bar ever) and smoothies (UMP or SFH) are some of the healthiest, quickest options available to you.

We’ve posted a few different variations of overnight oats, but today I want to enlighten you with an AMAZING new recipe with the newest flavor of SFH Pure. This stuff is incredible.

Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Steel Cut Oats (not quick cooking)
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 medium apple, diced
1 scoop  SFH Churro Pure Whey Protein (you could use another flavor, but this stuff is amazing)
2 tbsp. Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1-2 tbsp nut butter of choice (you can use any flavor to your liking, I use a cookie flavor peanut butter)

Directions:

Grab a mason jar

Place all ingredients into container and mix together

Seal jar and place in the refrigerator

Let sit 12-24 hours and enjoy 🙂

*If you use a different flavor protein (vanilla), you may want to add a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg to get the full apple pie flavor.
