Hot Damn!!! I can’t believe summer is over!! ALL the kids are officially back to school as of today!
Unfortunately that means summer vacations, parties and relaxing summer days are OVER!
But that also means that it’s time to get back to the gym and focus on your fitness.
Summer is always challenging to stay on track, keep with a routine and stay focused on the gym and our nutrition.
If you got a bit off track this summer, slacked a bit with consistent workouts and maybe didn’t eat as well as you thought, join the club!
So if you’re ready to dig in and CRUSH this fall, I’m asking ALL of our members to make a decision right now that you want it.
That’s all it takes – a simple decision that you want it! DECIDING turns ‘I should’s’ into ‘MUSTS’.
