CrossFit Peabody Member of the Month: Kelly Pratt
Congratulations to our May Member of the Month (otherwise known as Bad Ass of the Month) Kelly Pratt.
Kelly has been a member of CrossFit Peabody for almost 2 years (she’s just 1 month shy of her 2 year Anniversary!)
I can confidently say I don’t think I will ever forget Kelly’s first day at the gym. She came in for our 6 week Boot Camp kick off session…
I didn’t think this girl would make it through the 90 minute kick off session, let alone the next 6 weeks.
FAST forward 2 years and I can honestly say that Kelly has transformed the MOST out of any client I have ever worked with in the past 10 years of coaching.
I’m not going to down play the fact that her first year with us she dropped 52 pounds…and has since maintained that! She’s on to another fat loss phase as we speak and continues to change, lean out, get stronger and hit new PRs every single week…
But the biggest, most dramatic change has come mentally. She is a completely different person from the girl that would hang on the brick wall and roll her eyes at me when I asked her to do something 😉
Words can’t do it justice just how proud of the mental and physical changes Kelly has accomplished.
Thank you for being such an AMAZING part of our community!!
Member of the Month is a well deserved accomplishment and you should be soooooo proud!
So without further ado, get to know Kelly Pratt, our Bad Ass of the Month!
