Come join us for a FREE week of unlimited SWEAT classes.

Review proper technique and advanced variations through a warm-up, challenge yourself through a high-intensity workout, and have fun with our community!

SWEAT classes are offered 5 days/week Sunday – Thursday.

Sunday 9am – 10am

Monday 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Tuesday 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Wednesday 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Thursday 3:30pm – 4:30pm

Beginners welcome and encouraged!
