Our coaches are what makes CrossFit Peabody a haven for passionate athletes in Peabody. These folks are driven by success and inspired by the transformations they’ve made in their own bodies with CrossFit. We’re not blowing smoke up your skirt when we say "You can do it." We changed our lives with CrossFit. You can too.
  • Holly Leonard

    Owner/Head Coach

    Owner and Head Coach Holly Leonard built CrossFit Peabody on an all-inclusive culture where athletes of ALL levels feel welcome. She knows what it’s like to walk into a gym feeling like you’re the least-in-shape person there.

    Holly was so overweight as a teenager she avoided sports and social activities out of embarrassment. One day, she had had enough and started going to the gym EVERY DAY. In fall, she came back to school a new person (and 30 pounds lighter).

    “My transformation was WAY MORE than just looking better in clothes,” she says. “My entire mindset changed. I was confident. I was stronger. It was that summer that I fell in LOVE with training! I knew just how powerful my transformation was to me, and I wanted to give that to other people.”

  • Lynne Leonard


    Queen of Operations Lynne Leonard is passionate about seeing her members happy, healthy, and experiencing success. She never considered herself an athlete until she discovered CrossFit two years ago. “The strength, constant improvements and challenges within CrossFit motivate me to be better every day,” Lynne says. Her favorite quote is “”It takes courage to show up and become who you really are”

  • Sherri Cole


    Coach Sherri Cole came to CrossFit after being overweight and unhealthy after giving birth to her second daughter five years ago. Since then, she’s lost and kept off 60 pounds, completed 6 half marathons, one full marathon and multiple 5k/10k runs, and competed in 12 CrossFit competitions. In short – she’s not going to put up with your excuses. She did it. You can too. “I love seeing my members do things they never thought possible and pushing themselves to reach their goals,” she says.

    Sherri describes herself as “real, raw and honest.” She says, “I am passionate, driven and dedicated to helping others. I love what I do, and it shows through my work.”

  • Dan Hart


    Coach Dan Hart puts his 10 years of personal training experience to work coaching CrossFit Peabody members in Olympic and power lifting, strength and conditioning, and being all-around better athletes.
    “I got into CrossFit at the end of 2010, and my first workout was FRAN!” he says. “In 10 years of training clients in gyms, I had never seen anything like it. I was hooked!” Today, he gets his clients just as hooked on CrossFit Peabody. “I love watching members do something they thought they never could when they first started their CrossFit journey,” he says.

  • Jenn Fisher


    Jenn Fisher has a ton of experience working with older clients, and she uses her training to help them with mobility and injury/surgery recovery. She wants her athletes to feel comfortable in the gym. “They should feel like it is their space to let off steam, relax, or fight for that new PR,” Jenn says. “Whatever your goals are – fitness or otherwise – I’ll be there to guide you in any way possible.”
    When it comes to CrossFit, she’s fanatical about how supportive the environment is. “It doesn’t matter if someone is the first to finish, they turn right around and cheer on the rest of the class,” Jenn says. “The sense of community at CFP is overwhelming, and you can sense it the second you walk in the door.”
